These terms explain how to use the By the Wild website and its editorial content. They also describe the boundaries for the shop while the operator completes the legal, payment and fulfilment setup.

Current shop status. The shop currently displays products, but payment and order acceptance are not available. No order contract is formed by browsing, adding an item to a cart or reviewing checkout details. Final consumer-sale terms, delivery information, returns process and seller identity will be published before orders are accepted.

By the Wild is a wildlife-conservation publication and shop concept presented as a SORAI partner brand. Its current legal and payment setup is operated through 1920 WORLDWIDE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08874166, with registered office at Suite C, 4-6 Canfield Place, London, England, NW6 3BT.

General enquiries can be sent to cs@bythewild.com. The final seller, customer-support and fulfilment details for paid orders will be confirmed before payments are enabled.

Using the website

You may read, share and link to the editorial content for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, republish, scrape, alter or present the site's articles, images, trademarks or product artwork as your own without permission. Third-party links are provided for context or convenience and remain subject to the third party's own terms.

Editorial content

Stories are researched and drafted with AI assistance, then reviewed and edited by a human editorial team before publication. Content is provided for information and does not replace professional, legal, medical or conservation advice. If you spot an error or need a source clarification, please use the contact route on the Contact page.

Products and future orders

Product images, names and descriptions are intended to describe the current catalogue. Availability, materials, dimensions, compatibility, prices, taxes, delivery territories, fulfilment provider, returns and refunds will be confirmed in the final order terms. A product page is not an acceptance of an order and does not guarantee availability.

Data governance

Our current data practices are set out in the Privacy and data governance notice. We aim to handle personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently, collect only what is needed for a stated purpose, keep it accurate, retain it only as long as justified, protect it appropriately and remain accountable. We will not use a separate SORAI contact list for By the Wild marketing without a documented lawful basis and appropriate notice.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms as the site and shop become operational. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are not excluded. The governing law and dispute process will be confirmed with the operator before paid orders are enabled and will not be used to remove protections that apply in a visitor's country.
